Agents have the opportunity to increase their commission levels from 80% to 130% by consistently meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets. Promotion timelines are based on production consistency and team-building milestones, allowing dedicated agents to advance in rank, earn higher commission rates, and receive leadership bonuses.

Getting Started

Licensing & Agent Onboarding

All agents must obtain and maintain an active life insurance license in both their resident and non-resident states of operation. To stay compliant, agents must ensure their state licenses remain active and in good standing, maintain proper licensing for LLCs or business entities if applicable, and take responsibility for licensing fees, renewals, and continuing education requirements.


The new agent onboarding process begins with submitting an online application, which is then reviewed and sent to the Contracting Department for approval. Once approved, agents receive Symmetry HQ Lite Access, granting them credentials for training and essential business tools. The final step involves completing SureLC registration for carrier contracting. Unlicensed agents can still gain HQ Lite access by uploading proof of passing their state exam while awaiting full licensing approval.
